Please join us for this unique musical and meditative experience. Marcie Swift will play her luminous Celtic harp to soothe your soul and Angela Mazur will guide you through a Mindful Self-Compassion meditation to help you gently connect to each moment.

 

Sessions will be held every other month. The next session is scheduled for:

Suggested Donation: $10

All proceeds will be donated to the Helen & Harry Gray Cancer Center

at the Hartford HealthCare Cancer Institute at Hartford Hospital.

Angela Mazur, LCSW is a psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher. She holds master degrees in Social Work and Counseling and has trained in the Mindful Schools and the Mindful Self-Compassion curriculums. She integrates mindfulness into her psychotherapy practice, has taught mindfulness in elementary schools and Mindful Self-Compassion groups with adults.

Krizta Moon, MT-BC is a board-certified music therapist and songwriter.  She mindfully weaves a therapeutic sharing experience including audience participation throughout her performances.  Her songs elicit mystical warmth and reflection of divine connection.  With humor and humility, Krizta provides a sacred atmosphere for an engaging evening that will ignite your spirit and captivate the truest nature of our collective soul. kriztamoon.bandcamp.com kriztamoon.com. 

 

Marcie Swift, M.Ed. NCSP, CMP has been a Certified School Psychologist for over 30 years. In 2002, Marcie earned her certification as a Music Practitioner at the Music for Healing and Transition Program. Marcie uses her harp therapeutically in many venues. "I have offered my therapeutic harp music at the HHC Cancer Centers out of deep gratitude for my doctors and other health care professionals. Were it not for our continuing vigilance combined with keen medical expertise, I would not be alive today. I am particularly indebted to Dr. Mark Dailey not only for his vast knowledge but his kind and compassionate devotion to my well-being."
